Annual cleaning of blinds and anti-glare curtains in 6 office buildings of the German Pension Insurance Association in Berlin, including repair and replacement of accessories as well as storage of them as required.

- Cleaning of approx. 13,000 m² stores

- Cleaning of approx. 24,100 m² of anti-glare curtains

- Repair of minor damage or replacement of small materials

- Storage of blinds and glare protection if necessary

The quantities listed in the items are orientation information (reference quantity) for the calculation. There is no entitlement to this scope.

Contract period from 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2028.

The bidder has the opportunity to get a personal impression of the local conditions at the contract object.

The property inspection should be completed by the end of week 41 at the latest.

Bidders' questions must only be submitted in writing to the contracting authority via the tendering platform by 30.10.2023.
