Development of design documentation along with author's supervision under the project entitled: "Revitalization of railway lines No. 177, 294 Racibórz – Racławice Śląskie" implemented as part of the Program for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Railway + until 2029.

The website where changes and explanations of the content of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the procurement procedure will be made available: https://platformazakupowa.plksa.pl in the subtab dedicated to the proceedings in question No. 9090/IREZA4/14566/03740/23/P available in the "Current", "In progress" or "Resolved" tab (depending on the stage of the proceedings).

The subject of the Order is:

• in the basic scope (Phase I) development of project documentation under the project entitled: "Revitalization of railway lines No. 177, 294 Racibórz – Racławice Śląskie"

• within the scope of the Right of Option (Phase II), performing author's supervision during the duration and acceptance of construction works.

The Order Completion Period is:

1) Phase I – 1270 calendar days from the date of signing the contract;

2) Phase II (Option Right) - from the day following the date of conclusion by the Contracting Authority of the contract with the contractor of construction works until the last final acceptance; This time is defined at 748 calendar days

3) between Phase I and Phase II there will be a tender procedure with an assumed duration of 174 days.
