The works comprise renovating the existing County Road 212, over a stretch of approx. 800 m, and the construction of a new County Road along the existing Slettebrekklia with a total length of approx. 200 m from the existing crossing with the County Road 212. The assignment include the construction of pavements along the existing County Road 212 and pavements and foot/cycle paths along the new County Road up to Slettebrekklia. An approx. 430 m bypass road by the industrial area be constructed.

The existing T crossing at Slettebrekklia shall be altered to a roundabout. The exit roads shall be reorganised and integrated. A new road lighting system shall be constructed. A new Water and Sewage system for Askøy municipality shall also be constructed.

The contractor shall establish cable trenches, and lay conductors and manholes, and also lay cables for the departments. The existing road lighting shall be disassembled.
