The AP is looking for a partner who is able to take charge of the coordination, monitoring and maintenance of the technical installations of the APP buildings.

This includes, but is not limited to:

o maintenance of technical installations (based on preventive, corrective and curative maintenance) and troubleshooting

o administrative and operational follow-up of periodic checks

o the application of security measures relating to the facilities

o consideration of environmental permitting requirements

o compliance with and monitoring of legal obligations regarding the management of buildings/sites
