Service contract relating to safety and health coordination services on temporary or mobile construction sites of the Municipal Buildings Department of the City, the Police, the Land Board and the C.P.A.S. of Liège (Coordination-project and coordination-implementation missions)

Joint framework agreement between the City of Liège and the Centre Public d'Action Sociale (C.P.A.S.) to be concluded with a single participant, for a fixed period of 24 months (renewable for 24 months in accordance with Article 57 of the Law of 17 June 2016) starting the day after notification, to the service provider awarded the contractor, the approval of its tender.

This Framework Agreement constitutes a joint framework service agreement with a single participant for the provision of safety and health coordination during:

• the development of the project of the work (coordination-project);

• the realization of this (coordination-realization).

The services concern the sites to be carried out in communal buildings located throughout the territory of the City of

Liège, the Régie foncière, the Police and the C.P.A.S. of Liège, it being understood that they must, where appropriate, be coordinated with

those of the Régie communales, or of other contracting authorities.
