Lot 09 - Screed work, flooring, tiles

In the course of the first construction phase of the New Waldorf School Dresden, two buildings will be erected. The lot includes the screed work, flooring work and tile work for the two buildings: Mittagshaus and Mittelstufenhaus.

Screed work: a total of approx. 4,400 m² screed surfaces – cement screed and cement heating screed – with d=55 to 130 mm and associated layer structure and sealing and of which approx. 700 m² hard material screed, including clean running areas

Flooring work: Linoleum: in classrooms, offices and corridors a total of approx. 3,300 m² of linoleum coverings with skirting boards, profiles and connections

approx. 250 lfm wooden flooring on prefabricated staircases

Tile work: in sanitary rooms and a preparation kitchen a total of approx. 460 m² floor tiles R10 to R12V4 and approx. 1,000 m² wall tiles porcelain stoneware, as well as skirting boards, profiles and connections
