As per RFT 1.4 and 1.5, the initial term is two years with option to extend for 12 months for up to three occasions. Estimated Budget per annum is 750K euro, including all expenses and excluding VAT, hence estimated value for up to five years is estimated at €3,750,000. In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of assistance to ComReg, in relation to an experienced IT Managed Services Partner who can provide best practice IT Service Desk Resourcing and Management, Operational Technical Support for ComReg’s Infrastructure & Services, and Consultative Project Resourcing across all of ComReg’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications and services.
