The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is the management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Września in 2023. The subject of the contract includes the management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 and biodegradable waste – biowaste – with code 20 02 01. The estimated amount of waste to be managed is 11 200,00 Mg, including unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 - 7,800 Mg, biodegradable waste (clean) with the code 20 02 01 - 3,000 Mg, biodegradable waste (polluted) with the code 20 12 01 - 400 Mg. The subject of the contract and the conditions for proper performance of the contract are specified in detail in the OPZ constituting an attachment to this SWZ.

The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with:

a) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699 – as amended);

b) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297 - as amended);

c) the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2011 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1973 - as amended).
