1. The subject of the order is: Successive delivery of food products for the needs of the High School and Kindergarten Team with division into tasks (parts).

2. Conditions of delivery:

2.1 Deliveries will be made in batches, in connection with the current needs of the Ordering Party.

The request shall be submitted electronically by the authorised employee, at the latest on the day prior to the day of the planned deliveries (the order shall determine the exact quantity of the products procured, the date of delivery and the amount of remuneration in accordance with the contractor's offer.) Deliveries must be made by 7:00 at the latest (The kitchen of the Contractor is open

from 6:00 a.m.). For special deliveries, the maximum delivery time shall not be more than 2 hours after placing the order. By special deliveries it is meant to supply products that have run out of a moment and are necessary

for the day.
