The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the preparation and delivery of meals for hospital patients and regenerative meals for hospital employees over a period of 36 months

The subject of the order of these proceedings is to provide patient nutrition and provide regenerative meals to the Employer's employees, in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28.5.1996 on preventive meals and drinks (Journal of Laws No. 60, item 279):

1. providing all-day patient nutrition by preparing and distributing meals to hospital wards and to patient's bedside tables, in accordance with the order and division into diets,

2. collection from patients, washing and disinfection of dishes owned by the Contractor after meals and delivery of clean dishes to individual departments,

3. washing, disinfecting containers for transporting dishes,

4. delivering meals in disposable containers with cutlery to patients in the departments of the ICU, Isolatorium, post-surgery room of the Cardiac Surgery Department. Disposable containers must be described by the type of diet and the name of the department and protected against heat loss and accidental opening, adapted to current sanitary requirements and relevant legal acts in this respect.
