Detailed description of the subject of the contract The subject of the contract is the collection and management (in accordance with the waste hierarchy) of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the Jabłonka Commune, where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of the required levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the applicable regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the resolution of the Jabłonka Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jabłonka Commune and the provisions of the resolution of the Jabłonka Commune Council on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for the fee paid for municipal waste management. The subject of the contract also includes the collection and management of construction and demolition waste from households to which, in accordance with Article 1b(2) of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the provisions on the treatment of municipal waste apply. The estimated amount of waste that the Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage during the contract execution period in 2023 is 3438.26 Mg The indicated quantities of waste collected are given only as an auxiliary in order to facilitate the Contractors' valuation of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste. The amount of waste may decrease or increase, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. A change in the amount of waste results in a change in the Final Remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to complete the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 4.
