The purpose of this contract is to:

1. The supply of audiovisual equipment, and more particularly interactive boards.

2. The installation service for audiovisual equipment.

The technical clauses as well as the financial slip specify the characteristics of the products and services.

Projects will take place during holiday periods or on Wednesday afternoons, to limit as much as possible to disturb students.

By applying for this call for tenders, bidders undertake to organize themselves and provide the necessary manpower to meet the project execution schedule, as discussed upstream with the school's ICT team.

The tenderer must demonstrate its ability to provide specialized personnel to the services of the European School of Brussels 1 for the installation and renovation of audiovisual equipment:

- The installer, for this type of equipment, must have the technical skills associated with connecting an interactive screen with a computer and experience in drilling walls (choice of bits and dowels).

- To install an interactive board, it will be necessary to count on a minimum of three people since the weight of a screen is 50 to 100 kg depending on the size and model.

The installation services for audiovisual equipment on both sites of the school include, among other things:

- Mounting the wall bracket at the required height;

- Installation of the interactive board;

- Verification of horizontality and verticality with a level;

- Installation of an extension cord +- 5m;

- Connecting the USB cable and HDMI cable to the computer;

- Hide visible wires, with chutes;

- To suck up dust, caused by drilling;

- All the tests and adjustments necessary to start the boards: this includes testing the sound, the image display and the touch function of the interactive board.

All material and equipment required for installation will be provided by the bidder.
