The Hattenbühl School in the Stuttgart-Feuerbach district is to be further developed into a 4-class all-day school as part of an overall site development. For this purpose, additional space requirements must be created through new construction and extensions and the existing buildings must be modernized. Furthermore, the redesign of the outdoor facilities in the entire area under consideration is part of the commission.

The overall measure consists of the following sub-measures:

- A: Solitary new building Building 0; approx. 1,350 m2 GFA,

- B: Extension to replace Building 6; approx. 1,250 m2 GFA,

- C: Restructuring and refurbishment of existing buildings; approx. 3,650 m2 GFA,

- D: Interim structures for partial relocation, assumed area: 1,000 m2 GFA,

- E: Open spaces at the school site; approx. 8.100m2

- Building planning according to HOAI Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Scope of services for architectural services, service phases 1-9,

- Planning of outdoor facilities according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 2, § 39 Scope of services, service phases 1 - 9,

- Special services (e.g. inventory, working model M 1:200, creation of digital planning bases, determination of needs for renovation, room book, implementation and documentation in accordance with NBBW, construction site logistics and road safety in school operations, property management (rectification of defects), outdoor facility inventory documentation (maintenance card)).

Commissioning is based on project approval within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service when the project is realised. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
