The G-BA has had a framework concept for the evaluation of the guidelines and regulations published by the G-BA (Evaluation Framework Concept, E-RK) developed. This provides the methodological framework for the evaluation. The version of the PPP Directive valid at the time of initiation of the procurement procedure provides for the submission of a final report by 31.12.2024. Should the deadline for submitting the final report until the conclusion of the contract be extended by one, two or three years due to a revision of the PPP Directive in parallel with the tender procedure, the evaluation period will be extended accordingly.
