The contract concerns the following:

— the provision, establishment and management of a SaaS deployment planning and roster system in accordance with the requirements described,

— the full support of Buas for the entire implementation,

— support and/or realisation of feasible links with surrounding applications so that data can be exchanged over and over again,

— providing training, support and advice to around twenty deployment planners and seven rosters.

The tender documents will be added to this publication at the beginning of week 22.

The assignment is basically the whole of BuaS (currently around 7 400 students, divided into five academies).
