The consultation concerns PFI type collective heating operating contracts for collectively heated sites on the Sainte Barbe heritage in FAREBERSVILLER, BEHREN LES FORBACH and FORBACH.
Farébersviller sectorThe object of the contract is the operation of PFI type collective heating installations for the production of heating comprising all or part of the following services:
- management of installations and minor maintenance work (the remuneration of which is commonly called P2);
- major maintenance and renewal of equipment (whose remuneration is commonly called P3).
The sites concerned by the contract are given in appendix 1 of this act of engagement.
Behren les Forbach areaThe object of the contract is the operation of PFI type collective heating installations for the production of heating comprising all or part of the following services:
- management of installations and minor maintenance work (the remuneration of which is commonly called P2);
- major maintenance and renewal of equipment (whose remuneration is commonly called P3).
The sites concerned by the contract are given in appendix 1 of this act of engagement.
Lot 3: Wiesberg areaThe object of the contract is the operation of PFI type collective heating installations for the production of heating comprising all or part of the following services:
- management of installations and minor maintenance work (the remuneration of which is commonly called P2);
- major maintenance and renewal of equipment (whose remuneration is commonly called P3).
