The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of heat (supply and transmission/distribution of thermal energy) to the complex of buildings of the National Prosecutor's Office located in Warsaw (02-676), 3 Postępu Street, by means of a heating network in the amount resulting from the thermal capacity of the ordered and planned consumption of heat for a period of 36 months starting from 1 September 2023, i.e. after the expiry of the current contract in this respect, which ensures the sale and supply of heat to the Contracting Authority until 31 August 2023 or until the amount of ordered heat energy referred to in § 1 section 2 of the draft agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, whichever occurs first, is exhausted.

The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of heat (supply and transmission/distribution of heat) to the complex of buildings of the National Prosecutor's Office located in Warsaw (02-676), 3 Postępu Street, by means of a district heating network in the amount resulting from the thermal capacity of the ordered and planned consumption of heat energy for a period of 36 months starting from 1 September 2023, i.e. after the expiry of the contract currently in force in this respect, which ensures the sale and supply of heat to the Contracting Authority until 31 August 2023 or until the amount of ordered heat energy referred to in § 1 section 2 of the draft agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, whichever occurs first, is exhausted.

2. The detailed scope of the object of the contract is defined by the draft contract — Annex 2 to the SWZ and Description of the object of the contract — Annex 1 to the SWZ (Annex No 1 to the draft contract).
