The new building is a knowledge center that will accommodate four user groups:

1. Willem Alexander School, school for Christian special primary education.

2. OBS Het Pluspunt, public school for special primary education.

3. ZML De Ark, school for Christian (secondary) special education.

4. Gemiva-SVG Group, daycare center for children with disabilities.

In the building there will also be a gym and a room for Cluster 4 students.

The new building will be realized at the former location of ZML De Ark on the Graaf van Egmondstraat 79 in Oud-Beijerland.

The assignment mainly involves the realization of the new building.

For the execution of the work, the contracting party chooses to have work carried out for the project by multiple parties. The desired end result will be worked in collaboration between the parties.
