Since this contract is a framework agreement, the quantities quoted are estimates based on the experience of the last two years. The contract period is 24 months with the one-time option to extend it for 6 months. The maximum order value is the actual order amount + 10%. There may be deviations during the year and an adjustment may be necessary. A claim of the contractor (contractor) to the tendered quantities is excluded.
