Management services, management, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, of the technological systems for heating, cooling, water-sanitary and fixed fire-fighting, of the emergency service and of the "Third Manager" supplied to the buildings intended for executive offices, secondary offices, operational / logistical offices owned or leased by Marche Multiservizi S.p.A. for the period of 2 (two) years, possibly renewable for a further 1 (one) years as the Customer's faculty.

Management, management, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services, fixed heating, cooling, water-sanitary and fire-fighting technological systems, emergency services and "Third Party Manager" supplied to buildings intended for headquarters, secondary offices, operational/logistical offices owned or leased by Marche Multiservizi S.p.A.
The services that are the subject of this contract are briefly the following:
— principal service also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: Services of operation, management and ordinary maintenance of Technological Systems, all as per Special Tender Specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference is made ob relationem.
— secondary service within the meaning of Art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016: Ordinary maintenance activities extra excess and extraordinary maintenance of Technological Systems and construction integrations, all as per Special Tender Specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference is made ob relationem.
The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium must be specified.
The contract will have a duration of 2 (two) years, with the option of renewal under the same economic-contractual conditions, as the client's faculty, for a further 1 (one) annual period.

The presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum estimated amount on the basis of the tender for the contractual period of 2 years, is established as Euro 322,000.00 (three hundred and twenty-two thousand/00) of which Euro 4,000.00 (four thousand/00) for security charges not subject to reduction, plus VAT.
Of this starting amount at auction, the amount of Euro 226,000.00 relates to the main service (operation, management and ordinary maintenance), and the amount of Euro 96,000.00 relating to the secondary service (ordinary extra excess maintenance, extraordinary maintenance, construction additions), as better detailed in the Special Tender Specifications.
Amount net of security charges: Euro 318,000.00 (three hundred and eighteen thousand/00).
