Oslo kommune v/Kultur- og Idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) (Oslo Municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of ‘New Tøyen Swimming Pool — Plumbing Works K300’. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool is planned to replace the current Tøyen Swimming Pool. The new swimming pool is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool will be Oslo's largest and best swimming pool with a varied swimming offer. The facility will contain both an indoor facilities (approx. 15 000 m2) and an outdoor swimming pool.

The project is divided into multiple contracts: this procurement concerns a contract for plumbing works to establish the new Tøyen swimming pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's associated contract formula. The works also include special coordination with the contract for delivery and assembly of steel pools and water treatment systems for all pools, as well as indoor and outdoor slides.
