Successive deliveries of milk and dairy products in 2023 to the 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin - No. 25/23/N

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of milk and dairy products in 2023 to the 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin. Deliveries must be made in accordance with the standards and assortment, quantities and all requirements set out in Chapter IV of the SWZ and in accordance with the quality requirements specified in the "Minimum quality requirements" constituting a detailed description of the subject of the contract for individual assortment items – Annex 2 to the SWZ. The terms and conditions for the performance of this contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - Annex 5 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not divide the contract into lots and does not allow partial tenders. The contractor may submit a bid for the full scope of the contract. The contracting authority does not provide: settlements in foreign currencies, reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings.

The subject of the contract includes successive deliveries of the following assortment items in quantities constituting the basic order (basic scope) – guaranteed to the Contractor:

Whole milk powder: 45 kg

Pasteurized drinking milk 2% fat: 15000 l

UHT drinking milk 2% fat: 15000 l

UHT chocolate milk 1,5% fat: 250 l

UHT strawberry milk 1,5% fat: 250 l

Curdled milk: 160 kg

Cream 18% background. (pers. 1l): 2600 l

Cream 18% background. (200 ml): 1000 l

Creamy cream 30% fat: 150 l

Natural yoghurt: 1005 kg

Fruit yogurt: 2010 kg

Milk dessert with fruit: 315 kg

Milk dessert with chocolate: 315 kg

Vanilla homogenized cheese: 945 kg

Kefir: 630 kg

Ser twarogowy półtłusty: 945 kg

Ser twarogowy ziarnisty: 800 kg

Fromage cheese: 360 kg

Ser edamski pełnotłusty: 1200 kg

Ser gouda pełnotłusty: 1200 kg

Ser salami pełnotłusty: 260 kg

Be camembert: 120 kg

Processed cheese with ham: 260 kg

Processed cheese with paprika: 260 kg

Ser topiony pełnotłusty: 260 kg

Smoked cheese: 120 kg

Information on the means of proof in question to be submitted with the tender:

The Contracting Authority, in connection with the description of the subject of the contract by means of standards – allows solutions equivalent to those described in Annex 2 to the SWZ. A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the contracting authority is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered by it

deliveries of the subject of the contract meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 2 to the SWZ ("Minimum quality requirements" containing detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract), submitting together with the offer: a description of each equivalent product, e.g. a detailed product sheet, declaration of conformity, laboratory test report confirming the compliance of physico-chemical and quality properties of a given product in relation to those described by the Ordering Party. The description of each equivalent product shall be attached with the tender only by the Contractor offering equivalent products in terms of standards.

The offered deliveries meet the requirements of the Ordering Party: in particular, the Contractor has and applies the implemented HACCP system.

In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party must be submitted together with the offer

the means of proof concerned: The contractor shall demonstrate that it has a valid document confirming the implementation of the HACCP system: HACCP certificate issued by an independent, accredited certification body or certificate of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate

or the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspection to supervise the implementation of the HACCP system. The certificate submitted on this basis should confirm that the contractor has implemented the principles of the HACCP system or the report of the sanitary inspection carried out by the State Sanitary Inspection authorities as an official food control body, which includes a point containing a positive assessment of the development, implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system on the basis of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety or other documents confirming the use of equivalent quality assurance and management measures.

The contracting authority shall accept equivalent means of proof in question. If the contractor does not submit them together with the bid or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the contracting authority will call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period.

The selected Contractor must prove to have throughout the entire period of performance of the civil liability insurance contract in the scope of business activity related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum of not less than PLN 100,000, together with proof confirming the payment of premiums.

The Contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond before the deadline for submitting tenders in the following amount of PLN 4800.
