1 Reception and development of municipal waste received from the property.
The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste accumulated:
• in containers and bags marked with the appropriate colour depending on the type of fraction located at inhabited properties,
• in containers marked with the appropriate color depending on the type of fraction located at uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is formed.
rump 2The object of the contract is the establishment, maintenance and operation of a municipal waste selective collection point (PSZOK), on a property owned by the Contractor or on which the Contractor has a legal title, enabling it to be used for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and handling PSZOK.
Receiving and management of municipal waste produced by owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties from the territory of the Municipality of ŚwidnicaThe Contracting Authority provides that no more than 7000 Mg of municipal waste per year will be received from the territory of the Municipality of Świdnica. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste accumulated:
• in containers and bags marked with the appropriate colour depending on the type of fraction located at inhabited properties,
• in containers marked with the appropriate color depending on the type of fraction located at uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is formed.
The following municipal waste will be received from waste collection sites:
1) selectively collected municipal waste with codes 20 01 01; 20 01 02; 20 01 10; 20 01 11; 20 01 39; 20 01 39; 20 01 40; 15 01 01; 15 0-1 02; 15 01 04; 15 01 05; 15 01 06; 15 01 07; 20 01 99; 20 01 08; 20 02 01 i.e.:
• paper, cardboard and waste paper — container (bag) blue;
• plastics, multi-material packaging, metals and clothing and textiles — container (bag) yellow;
• glass packaging — container (bag) green;
• biowaste — container (bag) brown.
The listed waste will be collected by property owners in marked, appropriate colour bags, containers or containers for selective collection of waste and will be received from the property.
As part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor provides bags for owners of resident property
The contractor to the offered price for the whole task should calculate bags for inhabited properties.
Frequency of receipt of waste selectively collected by the Contractor for:
a) paper, cardboard, waste paper and glass packaging - not less than 1 time per month,
b) plastics, multi-material packaging of metals, clothing and textiles - not less than once every two weeks,
(c) biowaste:
The use of single-family residential buildings - not less than once every two weeks
from multi-colored buildings between 1 April and 31 October — not less than once a week, during the remaining period — no less than once every two weeks.
2) waste remaining after segregation (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01 and 20 03 99)
The listed mixed municipal waste will be collected in containers, with a min. capacity of 120 l. The containers are provided by the owner of the property and set them for the duration of collection in places that allow free access to them. Although the equipment of the property with containers belongs to the owners of the property, the Contractor is obliged to guarantee such quantity of waste containers to allow all interested property owners to equip the property with appropriate containers (lease, sale or putting into another form of use).
The frequency of receipt of waste remaining after segregation (mixed) by the contractor for:
a) single-family residential buildings - no less than once every two weeks
(b) multi-scale buildings in the period 1 April to 31 October, not less than once a week, during the remaining period — no less than once every two weeks.
In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to receive expired medicines also from stationary points located in pharmacies, with a frequency of at least 1 time per month.
1. The Contractor is obliged to manage all received municipal waste in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 as amended), environmental protection requirements and the Economy Plan Waste for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2016-2022. The Contractor will be obliged to transfer selectively received waste to the waste recovery and disposal plant, and the waste (mixed) received after segregation municipal conditions under the rules laid down in the law on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities and in accordance with the principle of proximity set out in Article 20 of the Waste Act.
Establishment and maintenance of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK)The subject of the contract is the establishment, maintenance and operation of a municipal waste selective collection point (PSZOK), on property owned by the Contractor or on which the Contractor has a legal title, enabling it to be used for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and operating PSZOK. The Contractor, for the duration of completion of the subject of the contract, must have the right to dispose of the site for collection and temporary storage of municipal waste The point should be located at a distance of not more than 10 km from the seat of the Municipal Office of Świdnica, counting by road public.
