A/S Øresund offers a main contract, which includes expanding the capacity of the Øresund railway around Copenhagen Airport station by introducing directional operations on the line, including necessary changes to existing infrastructure, including the establishment of new platforms at the existing freight tracks, located between the Øresund motorway and the airport's terminal 3/parking garage 7.
The contract includes the establishment of a new station on existing freight tracks between the Øresund motorway and terminal 3 of the airport. The work includes a number of different railway works, new platforms, steel bridge over the railway, lifts, upgrading of the existing tunnel, various platform alignments, etc. in accordance with the project material covered by the contract.
The contract is divided into two phases, which are called Phase 1 (Cooperation and Planning Phase) and Phase 2 (Execution Phase). The phases are divided and the initiation of Phase 2 is conditional on a satisfactory completion of Phase 1, see the Main Contract for details.
Phase 1 generally consists of the development and establishment of collaboration, project review and quantity verification, planning and mobilization, noise reduction, and hedging. The purpose of Phase 1 is to establish a close collaboration between the Contractor and the Client and ensure optimal execution in Phase 2 that complies with the Client's requirements for time, economy and quality. Phase 1 will thus ensure that there is a common and consolidated basis for further cooperation.
Phase 2 generally consists of the services that follow id 1070 of the master schedule (Appendix 2) and up to the completion of the completed, delivered construction.
