Home catering services of Inkoo Municipality

The call for tender applies to home catering services in the municipality of Inkoo for the period:

From 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2024. The subscriber has the option to extend the contract with a one-year option from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025.

There are 35 to 40 home catering customers today. The municipality has arranged for meals hot to be transported from home meal preparation kitchens to customers' homes on weekdays at lunchtime n. from 10am. Weekend meals are transported chilled in connection with Friday hot hauls.

1. Acquisition target

The call for tender applies to home catering services in the municipality of Inkoo for the period:

From 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2024. The subscriber has the option to extend the contract with a one-year option from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025.

Home catering facilities include:

— main course: roundish or steak portions and gravy or sauteed food, soup or box food

— with steak and pill and gravy dishes with an energy supplement, usually cocco potato or potato puree

— warm vegetable supplement or fresh salad or grater

— dessert

— bread, food fat and food drink.

The dining guest has the option of:

— soft and puréed food

— the most common special diets (including gluten-free, lactose-free, milk-free and bile and gout specialty diets, a stomach-friendly diet that does not contain significantly purines or gas-producing raw materials)

— purchase as an additional service on your own bill for meals and food products.

2. Subscriber Need and Tender Goals

There are 35 to 40 home catering customers. The municipality has arranged for meals hot to be transported from home meal preparation kitchens to customers' homes on weekdays at lunchtime n. from 10am. Weekend meals are transported chilled in connection with Friday hot hauls. Hot meals should remain hot, above 65 degrees until the serving situation and on weekends in advance cold, below 10 degrees. The producer of home meals is responsible for the temperature of hot and cold dishes up to the transfer situation in the serving or customer's refrigerator.
