The target of the procurement is a maintenance, support and modification service for Finnvera's certificate management environment and related products and encryption solutions. In addition to that, licenses related to the products are included in the procurement.

The certificate management environment consists of physical HSM devices, physical servers, virtual application servers (certificate issuance), and a virtual encryption solution. In addition, the staff has their own physical HSM safety key.

The requirements related to the subject matter of the procurement are described in more detail in the appendices to the request for participation.

Appendix 3 to the request for participation, Requirements, contains confidential information. In order to receive this attachment, the tenderer must sign the non-disclosure agreement attached as Annex 2 (Non-disclosure Agreement) to the request for participation and submit a signed copy of it to the e-mail address with hankinnat@finnvera.fi header: "Non-disclosure agreement, Finnvera Certificate Management Environment". In the same e-mail, the tenderer must indicate the e-mail address to which Annex 3 will be delivered.
