Master Plan Priority 1 with Renovation Complexes A - C

The subject of the construction project is the renovation of the Deutsche Oper Berlin (DOB) and the implementation of the tasks from the approved requirements programme for the Master Plan Priority 1 as well as the already approved construction planning documents for the renovation complex A and B.

The Deutsche Oper Berlin (DOB) was built in 1961 and consists of several buildings. Despite regular building maintenance and major investment measures, there is an investment backlog, especially in building services. The renewal of these facilities and components is very complex and will collide with the game operation at various points. This is to be maintained throughout the entire construction project.

The tendered services include services of technical equipment in accordance with the Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) Part 4 Section 2 § 53 and the following plant groups:

- Anlagengruppe 7

- Anlagengruppe 8

In general, the scope of the contract includes the technical building equipment, the upgrading or adaptation of which to today's regulations and standards is intended to ensure the maintenance of gaming operations for the coming decades.
