The subject of the contract is the provision of laundry services for the Pope John Paul II Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Zamość. The subject of the contract includes: collection of dirty underwear from the Ordering Party's headquarters, washing along with thermal and chemical disinfection and full technological finishing, soaking, stain removal, drying, ironing flat bed linen and fashionable clothing, washing and drying mops, mattresses, pillows, blankets and other assortments, washing, drying and sterilizing diapers and newborn underwear, washing, drying and mangling underwear and operating clothes, sewing repair (i.e. assortment repair). The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of washed, disinfected underwear and other assortments to the headquarters of the Ordering Party.

The estimated amount of assortment covered by the contract is 651,440 kg expected during the term of the contract.

mops, mattresses, pillows, blankets and other assortments, washing, drying and sterilizing diapers and neonatal underwear, washing, drying and mangling underwear and operating clothes, sewing repair (i.e. repair of the assortment). The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of washed, disinfected underwear and other assortments to the headquarters of the Ordering Party. The quantities listed below are estimates.

The laundry service is covered by the following assortment:

1) general hospital underwear: duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, sleepers, towels, pajamas, hospital shirts, bathrobes, transport bags, etc. – 370 000 kg

2) bedding of doctors on duty – 10 000 kg

3) surgical underwear: surgical sheets, surgical napkins, medical clothing, caps, medical instrument covers, etc. - 140,000 kg

4) diapers and neonatal underwear – 10,000 kg

5) baby blankets - 1 000 kg

6) underwear of kitchen origin: aprons, tablecloths, napkins, cloths – 5 500 kg

7) gynaecological and obstetric underwear: shirts, duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, sleepers, bathrobes, towels, sheets and surgical napkins, aprons, surgical medical clothes, surgical caps – 50 000 kg

8) Personal protective clothing of medical personnel: aprons, clothes made of cotton and elanocotton - 15 000 kg

9) Technical staff working clothes: work clothes, work aprons, work shirts, jackets, etc. - 840 kg

10) Other assortment: hospital mattresses – 15 840 kg, pillows – 8 670 kg, blankets – 7 000 kg, curtains – 300 kg, mops – 17 000 kg, radiological aprons – 120 kg, covers made of anti-decubitus mattresses – 170 kg.
