AEB Amsterdam intends to reduce its CO2 emissions. To this end, AEB will apply for an SDE++ subsidy for the capture of CO2 from the flue gases of the HRC (approx. 440 ktons/year). The subsidy can be used for capture and then transport and storage in an empty gas field in the North Sea. For the realisation of CO2 transport and storage, AEB is looking for one or more executive parties wishing to carry out transport and storage for 15 years. As a tender, AEB is obliged to comply with European procurement rules.
