This contract concerns a contract with a single company for daily physical and telephone reception and other office work tasks at the headquarters of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defence in Brussels. This is a one-year contract with the annual possibility of extending the contract tacitly under exactly the same conditions and this a maximum of 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC).

There is no division into batches because the services will be provided by one person and it is absolutely not practical to charge for that person's tasks separately due to the existence of different prices for different lots.
