The project includes:- a new half-board on the ground floor in connection with the courtyard for 550 ration workers, part of which is in the existing building and part is being extended, and including a production kitchen,- a new sports hall and its annexes in a new independent building,- the restructuring of the college by integrating agent premises, new unmarked rooms, the enlargement of the sanitary facilities and the CDI, and by providing for the simplification of circulation and the regrouping of the functional poles (including the removal of asbestos from the premises),- the replacement of the exterior joinery, the insulation of the facades and the repair of the roof,- the replacement of the SSI and the lift,- a new forecourt and accessibility for people with reduced mobility in the college,- a courtyard in connection with half-board. Pursuant to Article L2113-10 of the French Public Procurement Code, the operation is broken down into 8 lots awarded to single companies or groups of companies
