The subject of the contract is technical support for CMS TACTICOS combat weapon management systems in 2019-2021 including repairs, modifications, control tests and training of technical personnel in accordance with the "Technical Requirements", with these services being provided in 2020 and 2021 provided that the Employer by the end of 2019 and 2020, respectively, will receive confirmation that in the financial years 2020 and 2021 it will receive funds for the service in 2020 and 2021, and that the Purchaser, upon receipt of confirmation of disposal of the financial resources referred to above, immediately in writing or by e-mail will notify the Contractor of the need to implement the scope of the contract provided for in 2020 and 2021.
