The object of the order is a service designed to update and complete the design documentation of the liquidation of the assembly of Raba and Hoenig chambers located at Level I of the Wieliczka Salt Mine.
1. The object of the order is a service designed to update and complete the design documentation of the liquidation of the assembly of Raba and Hoenig chambers located at Level I of the Wieliczka Salt Mine.
2. The update should be drawn up on the basis of the following parts of the project documentation developed in 2017 by the Bureau of Mining Studies and Projects in Katowice, Sp. z o.o. from Katowice:
1. “Liquidation of Raba-Hoenig chambers in the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine plant — Concept”, as set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ;
2. “Decommissioning of Raba-Hoenig chambers in the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine plant — Technical project”, as set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. Part of the design documentation indicated in point 3.2 (2) shall be the subject of works, investor cost estimate and financial timetable.
4. In the course of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
1) verify, update and supplement the documentation referred to in point 3.2, point 2, hereinafter referred to as the “Technical Design Update”, its arrangement with the Ordering Party's services, with the Conservator of the Monuments of Cracow Salt Żup (hereinafter referred to as the “KZKŻS”), and subsequently obtaining approval the agreed update of the technical project by the Traffic Manager of the Mining Plant “Wieliczka” Salt Mine (hereinafter referred to as “KRZG”);
2) obtaining permission from KZKŻS to perform works covered by the Technical Project Update — KZKŻS operates in accordance with the agreement of 21 June 2017 on the entrustment of certain matters concerning the properties of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Kraków (Journal of Urz . Woj. Monkey of 26 June 2017, item 4200);
3) verification, update and supplement the subject of works, investor cost estimate and financial timetable for works covered by the Technical Project Update.
