The object of the service is the performance of ticket checks and the collection of the increased transport fare (EBE), including out-of-court and judicial enforcement and the filing of criminal charges by the contractor in the trams and buses used by Nahverkehr Schwerin GmbH as part of the implementation of public transport in the state capital Schwerin.
The task of the contractor is to carry out the inspection of tickets for their spatial and temporal validity. Furthermore, the contractor shall monitor compliance with the AllgBefBed and BesBefBed and punish violations such as vandalism, graffiti and other damage to property as well as disregard of hygiene regulations in the vehicles and in the areas of the client's stops and traffic facilities. In this context, the contractor is entrusted with the assertion, processing and collection of the increased transport fee (EBE), including the necessary collection activity. The client assigns the claims arising from the collection of the EBE to the contractor. The contractor must provide an average of 65 working hours, but at least 55 working hours, on working days, as well as an average of 25 working hours, but at least 20 working hours per day, on Saturdays, Sundays and weekly holidays. The contractor shall take over the processing and collection activities of all recorded EBEs on his own responsibility, independently and at his own expense. The client has a service point (customer service office) on the client's premises at Platz der Freiheit, Schwerin to operate. The premises shall be made available to the contractor free of charge. The premises made available are to be staffed in fulfillment of the order during local business hours.
