The objective of the contract is to acquire an ICT professional service, where the Supplier acts as a Subscriber expert in the further development of the Heppa information system (the “System”). Further development is carried out with so-called agile development methods. Hippos is expanding the electronic services offered by the Heppa system.

The provider's tasks include pass-through development projects, ensuring that deliveries match what is ordered, and supporting the introduction of new features.

The subscriber needs two full-time developers (Fullstack and Frontend) for the project. In principle, the need for a subscriber requires 100% weekly input from developers. The Subscriber undertakes to acquire the Service at least 1.5 htv/year during each contract year.

The estimated start date for the contract period is February 2022. The vendor must undertake to make it available to the Subscriber by 1 March 2022 at the latest.

The agreement will enter into force once it is signed and will be valid until the end of 2022. The Agreement will then be valid until the end of 2022, after which the Agreement will be valid for one year at a time and will continue unless the Party has terminated the Agreement three (3) months before the end of the current contract period.
