The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for video conference and meeting room equipment, and services thereof.

The contract period is 1 year with an option for up to 1+1+1 year extension.

The agreement includes the delivery of the following products:

— Video conference units;

— Monitors for meeting rooms and video conferences;

— Interactive monitors/boards;

— Projectors.
