The purpose of the framework agreement is to collect geographical information in the CNIG Accessibility format and to update the database of Lorient Agglomeration (25 municipalities) according to the collection guide drawn up by the National Council for Geographic Information (CNIG)

Single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders signed by the central purchasing agency of Lorient Agglomeration. Minimum of 600 km - maximum of 1000 km
