The realization of architectural work in a building at a location in Den Burg that meets the wishes and requirements of the users and that fits the long-term ambitions of the municipality of Texel.
The objectives of the project are therefore:
• Realizing the new housing for the three users.
• Realization of a building area of 2485 m2 GFA.
• Realization of the new building within budget.
• Realization of an energy-neutral building.
• Realization of a feasible, future-proof and low-maintenance for long-term risk management.
• Realization of a flexible building with regard to functional use. This is for long-term risk management.
