The purpose of this contract is to set up a technical solution (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") in order to allow online donations by credit card in favour of the Notre-Dame de Paris restoration project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") carried out by the public institution in charge of the conservation and restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral (Rndp). The donor wishing to support the Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Contributor" or "Contributors") may carry out online, via the Platform, an act of patronage for the benefit of the RNDP ep, authorized to receive donations in accordance with the law of 29 July 2019 for the conservation and restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral and instituting a national subscription for this purpose
