This offer relates to the total refurbishment of 8 rises in Lindehaven, for ALFABO (hereinafter referred to as Builder).

The task includes construction works related to the total renovation of the relevant rises, with a view to increased availability.

The total renovation work has an expected acquisition total of approximately DKK 64 million excluding VAT.

Separate builder deliveries will occur on certain parts works, as is detailed in the Building Sage Description.

The task is offered as a main contract where AB18 is applicable to the contractual relationship.

The tender shall be carried out as a restricted tender as set out in Section 58 of the Tender Act (Act No 1564 of 15 December 2015). Anyone who is not covered by the reasons of exclusion and who meets specified minimum requirements may apply for participation.
