The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a bank loan in the amount of PLN 2,250,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Piotrkowski poviat in 2019.
3.1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a bank loan in the amount of PLN 2,250,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Piotrków Poviat in 2019.
3.2. The loan will be granted for the period from the day of signing the contract to 30/11/2027.
3.3. Making the loan available to the Borrower (Piotrków poviat) once until 30/11/2019, for the amount of PLN 2,250,000.00, after receiving the instruction from the borrower.
3.4. The borrower reserves the right to change the date of payment of the loan tranche. Changing the date of launching the tranche does not require signing an annex to the contract.
3.5. Contract payments and loan repayment:
a) From February 2027 - 10 installments x 225,000.00 (2,250,000.00), monthly on the last business day of the month.
3.6. Repayment of interest on the loan used in monthly periods, at the end of each month on the last business day of the month. The creditor will notify the Borrower in writing or by e-mail 3 days before the payment date about the amount of interest on the loan and the date of its transfer to the indicated bank account.
3.7. The Purchaser has the right to early repayment of all or part of the loan, without the Contractor collecting a commission for early repayment.
3.8. At the request of the Employer, in a justified case, caused by a sudden change in the financial situation of the Employer, it will be possible to draw up an annex to extend the loan repayment.
3.9. During the loan period, interest will be calculated based on the actual number of days in a given year (365.366 days), which means that the actual number of days in the interest period is assumed in relation to 365 days in the accounting year.
3.10. The form of loan collateral is a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration for the amount corresponding to the amount of debt under the loan used, together with interest and other costs of the Contractor.
3.11. In a situation where the loan will be repaid earlier - interest will be calculated until the loan repayment date, and not until the end of the contract period.
3.12. The Purchaser does not provide, apart from interest on the loan granted, to pay additional handling fees for granting the loan, and no fees for operating a bank account.
3.13. The Borrower reserves the right to change the terms of the contract in the form of a written annex without additional fees and commissions.
3.14. Capitalization of interest is not allowed.
3.15 Settlements between the Employer and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).
3.16. All materials necessary to examine creditworthiness are available on the Awarding Entity's website at: www.powiat-piotrkowski.bip.net.pl
