Contract in 5 separate lots: Acquisition of fixed and mobile payment terminals, on the maintenance of these terminals as well as on the rental of mobile payment terminals. It also aims to process electronic payment transfers from these terminals, any online service platform of the City of Liège (in particular the e-Guichet platform), the parking meter park of the City of Liège and the provision of a mobile payment application. Finally, it aims to provide the services of an approved payment acquirer in order to allow the integration of paid links of QRCode or other media
