The purpose of this contract is to extend and redesign the video protection device of the Ville du Pecq. This device will be connected and shared with the Hôtel de Ville du Pecq and the CSU of the city of Croissy-sur-Seine. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement without minimum and maximum passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This will result in the issuance of purchase orders as needed.

Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement without minimum and maximum passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This will result in the issuance of purchase orders as needed. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of its notification.
The framework agreement can be tacitly extended until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at two. The duration of each renewal period is one year. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods, is three years.
The renewal is tacit: it is considered accepted if no contrary written decision is taken by the contracting authority at least one month before the end of the term of validity of the framework agreement. The holder may not refuse the renewal.
The amount of orders for the initial period, for lot 1 of the market, is defined as: maximum: EUR 350,000 excl. VAT. The amount will be the same for each renewal period.
