It is anticipated that the works and services will be provided by the providers themselves and/or through their supply chain.

The specific works and services that may be procured under the framework are clearly defined along with the nature and types of works that may be required including those services identified by CPV code and detailed within the tender documents.

Arc Partnership requires a bidder to provide general building works at various locations, predominantly across Nottinghamshire, but also a few locations across Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire, at its client’s properties as listed in the tender documents.

The work comprises, repairs and maintenance and the gross project values generated from the existing Arc procurement procedure to date is equivalent to 2 431 766 GBP over the past 4 years therefore an average of 607 941 GBP per year for general building work. Arc will work with the contractor during the contract period to review ways of reducing the current levels of repairs.
