The competition is for the procurement of a mobile C-arm for vascular surgical interventions in hybrid theatres at Nordland Hospital, Bodø.

See document 1003 Competition Provisions, point 4 for general details on the tender. A summary of what is involved is given below.

Tenderers who shall submit a tender shall submit their tender in accordance with the following template:

(Noted in brackets: [the name the document in question shall be given/the document in question's format]).

1) The tenderer's tender letter ("Tender letter"/pdf).

2) Replies to the qualification requirements ("1004 Qualification requirements"/pdf).

3) Foreign currency dependency ("1035 Remuneration"/doc). The table in point 3 in document 1035 shall be completed in accordance with the instructions.

4) Price ("1036 Price format articles"/xls).

5) Fulfilment of requirement specifications ("1052 Requirement Specifications E2/xls). Here confirmation is to be given of the minimum requirements (shall-requirements) and documentation of how the requirement is met, or a correct referral to the requested description/documentation. It is of the greatest importance that tenderers' replies refer to clear and correct information.

6) Overview Annex H ("1075 Annex H"/doc).

Shall give an overview of other annexes requested in document 1003 Competition Provisions, point 4, possibly other documents that the tenderer believes shall be included in the complete tender.

All files that are submitted with the tender shall be referred to in at least 1 of the annexes referred to above. This is so that the contracting authority has a clear overview of the submitted tenders.
