The order is to provide a service for the development of design documentation along with obtaining a ZRID decision for the extension of DW No. 424 on the Gwoździce-Odrowąż-Gogolin section and DW 415 on the Gwoździce-Rogów Opolski section, divided into two tasks:

- Croup I: Roz DW 424 on the section from rz. Odra (km 2+050) to the intersection with the municipal road Malińska Street in Malnia, Gogolin commune (reference to the new surface), length approx. 3.4 km

- Croup II: Roz DW 424 on the section from the intersection with DW 415 in m. Gwoździce (intersection in a new location) to the Odra River at km 2+050 and extension of DW 415 from the intersection with DW No. 424 in a new location to the exit to the service road (km approx. 5+754) before the viaduct over the A4 motorway in Rogów Opolski, length approx. 3.9 km along with the construction of a pedestrian road and a road for pedestrians and bicycles, reconstruction of engineering structures, crossing the intersection, construction of the Technolo canal and road strip drainage buildings on the front of the road, land utilities and utilities network and equipment colliding with the investment in accordance with the conditions of the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

(a) geodetic works:

- development of a map for design purposes,

- division of plots,

- stabilization of road lane boundaries

(b) design work:

- development of a construction project (including land development design, architectural and construction design and technical design) divided into two parts, i.e.:

-Task I: extension of DW 424 on the section from rz. Odra (km 2+050) to the intersection with the municipal road Malińska Street in Malnia, Gogolin commune (reference to the new surface), length approx. 3.4 km along with the construction of a pedestrian road and a pedestrian and bicycle road, reconstruction of engineering structures, reconstruction of intersections, construction of a technological channel, construction of road lane drainage, reconstruction of utilities network and devices colliding with the investment

- Task II: extension of DW 424 on the section from the intersection with DW 415 in the town of Gwoździce (intersection in a new location) to the Odra River at km 2+050 and extension of DW 415 from the intersection with DW No. 424 in a new location to the exit to the service road (km approx. 5+754) before the viaduct over the A4 motorway in Rogów Opolski, length approx. 3.9 km along with the construction of a pedestrian road and a road for pedestrians and bicycles, reconstruction of engineering structures, reconstruction of intersections, construction of a technological channel, construction of road lane drainage on the road sections in question, reconstruction of the utilities network and equipment colliding with the investment

-preparation of two applications for a decision permit for the implementation of a road investment (task I and task II) together with materials necessary to obtain a decision,

- development of an executive design separately for task I and task II

- preparation of the project of the target traffic organization with its approval separately for task I and task II,

- preparation of information on safety and health protection due to the specificity of the designed building (BIOZ) separately for task I and task II

- development of detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works separately for task I and task II,

- preparation of the cost estimate part (investor's cost estimate, offer estimate, bill of quantities, calculation of unit prices) separately for task I and task II,

NOTE: The Design Unit will prepare separate bills of quantities and cost estimates for sections of pedestrian roads and pedestrian and bicycle paths outside the building area.
