New office building Landratsamt Lörrach The office building consists of 7 above-ground storeys. The space program includes various departments of the Landratsamt, a psychological counseling center, a care center and a cafeteria with roof terrace.
On the roof there is a technical storey, which is inserted from the facade.
The underground car park covers the entire property size. Access is via the underground car park access of the adjacent residential complex.
Wohnbaubauung Weberei Conrad The residential complex consists of three 4 to 5 storey buildings with apartments, outpatient care groups, a day care, café, common room, guest apartment and a naturally ventilated underground car park. All buildings are built on a basement. In the basement are each the technical rooms for heating, plumbing, electrical and storage and storage rooms.
The buildings are being constructed in the energy standard KFW 55 and thus comply with the Lörrach Energy Directive 2016.
