1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9 900 573.67. The loan will be used to cover the planned budget deficit of the Iława District in 2019.
2. The loan will be released after the conclusion of the loan agreement by 28/12/2019, in dates and tranches tailored to the needs of the Employer and will be followed by a written order of the Employer, within a maximum of 3 working days of receipt of the written order from the Employer.
3. The Purchaser reserves the right to use the incomplete loan amount. The contractor will not charge additional commissions or fees for the unused portion of the loan granted.

1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9 900 573.67. The loan will be used to cover the planned budget deficit of the Iława District in 2019.
2. The loan will be released after the conclusion of the loan agreement by 27/12/2019, in dates and tranches tailored to the needs of the Employer and will be followed by a written order of the Employer, within a maximum of 3 business days of receipt of the written order from the Employer.
3. The Purchaser reserves the right to use the incomplete loan amount. The contractor will not charge additional commissions or fees for the unused portion of the loan granted.
4. The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of early repayment of a loan or a part thereof without incurring any charges in this respect. The Employer shall inform the Contractor in writing about the will to repay the loan or its part earlier on the day of the planned repayment at the latest.
5. In the event of early, partial repayment of the loan, the loan period remains unchanged, unless the Purchaser submits a different instruction in writing. The contracting authority, in the event of early repayment of part of the loan, has the right to indicate specific installments of the loan from the schedule for which it has made the payment. The overpaid amount in question is not subject to interest.
6. The legal collateral for the repayment of the loan granted is: a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration.
7. The Poviat Treasurer will countersign the promissory note declaration.
8. Settlements between the Employer and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys [PLN].
9. The loan interest rate calculated according to the variable WIBOR rate for three-month deposits applicable on the 5th official day of quotation of WIBOR 3M rates before the beginning of the next interest period (quarter) calculated on an annual basis and is valid for the period of the next quarter, increased by the bank's fixed margin. The interest rate specified at the time the contract is concluded may only change during the contractual period if the WIBOR rate for three-month deposits changes (base rate). The margin during the contractual period is constant.
10. The loan will be repaid in installments from 31.7.2020 to 31.8.2032.
11. The day of repayment of the loan or its installment is the day on which the amount is received on the account indicated by the Contractor. In the event that the loan installment repayment date falls on a Saturday or a statutory holiday, it shall be moved to the first business day following that day.
