KETTENIS - extension and renovation of the primary school - complete mission project author

The complete mission PROJECTOR includes a complete architectural mission + a complete mission of the structural engineer + a complete mission of the engineer in specialized techniques + an accompanying mission in sustainable architecture + a mission on energy efficiency regulations + an accompanying mission in the field of acoustics + a mobility study mission + a mission in the area of safety coordination (for the sections project and execution).

It is an extension of the "Städtische Grundschule Kettenis" of about 1 000 m 2 (of which about 700 m 2 for kindergarten and primary school classes), for the renovation of the existing building along the Aachener Straße as well as for the entrances and surroundings of the school in general.

The complete mission project author includes a complete architectural mission + a complete structural engineer mission + a complete engineering specialist mission + a sustainable architecture accompanying mission + an energy efficiency mission + an acoustics companion mission + a mobility study mission + a mission in the area of safety coordination (for the sections project and execution).

It is an extension of the "Städtische Grundschule Kettenis" of about 1 000 m 2 (of which about 700 m 2 for kindergarten and primary school classes), for the renovation of the existing building along the Aachener Straße as well as for the entrances and surroundings of the school in general.

The extent of the renovation work will be determined after the implementation of a needs analysis and an energy audit, which are foreseen in the mission, of the existing old building.

The location (s) of the cultivation (s) will be determined, inter alia, by a mobility analysis provided for in the mission.

The client will attach great importance to the rational use of energy and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

Prefabricated construction solutions are preferred in order to minimize the impact on school operations.

SECTIONS:

The project is divided into 7 sections:

- Section 1 (FEST): apron: needs analysis and energy audit of the old building,

- 2nd section (FEST): sketch,

- Section 3 (OPTIONAL): Pre-project,

- Section 4 (OPTIONAL): authorizations,

- Section 5 (OPTIONAL): Tender of works,

- Section 6 (OPTIONAL): Analysis of tenders,

- Section 7 (OPTIONAL): Accompaniment of the execution of the works until final acceptance.

competencies:

The project author must submit an offer, which includes all the following competences:

- Architect,

- structural engineer,

- engineer in special techniques (heating, sanitation, ventilation, electricity, lighting, fire and burglary security),

- Engineer "Consulting in Sustainable Architecture",

- responsible energy efficiency,

- author of the feasibility study under the new energy efficiency standards,

- Acousticians,

- mobility expert,

- Safety and Health Coordinator within the project and realization.

Coordination:

The mission includes a co-ordination mission for all the individuals involved in the project, at all stages of the file (study and site).

The project author's team will designate a coordinator who will be responsible for passing on information from the team to the builder or operations, and vice versa.

In particular, the site reports are written and disseminated by the coordinator alone.

He will also be responsible for the periodic review of the consistency between the rules of the different participants of the team, at all stages of the file (study and construction site).

In particular, the plans and the background of the plans are examined in the face of all techniques.

In terms of financial resources, the coordinator will provide summary measurements of all the work (project and execution), all lots taken together, to allow the client a clear and precise estimate of the budget.

The mission does not include the coordination of the lots in the context of the work order, which is taken over by the main lot.
