Extent
The assignment concerns printing services, such as printing of theses, licentiate theses, reports, books, publication series, magazines/magazines, brochures, newspapers, leaflets, business cards, posters, posters, flyers, banners, roll-ups, course and program catalogues and other advertising prints.
The assignment shall be carried out to the extent and in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the procurement document. The content and scope of the assignment are specified in the requirements specification of the procurement document and in the Appendix Price specification. The assignment also includes printing services that are not stated in the price specification, i.e. other orders of printed matter. The buyer has the right to place other orders of printed matter, whereby all requirements and contractual terms shall also apply to these orders.

Agreement Term
The framework agreement will enter into force when signed by both parties, but no earlier than 2024-01-07. The framework agreement is valid for 24 months.
Extension of the contract period can take place on several occasions. However, the total extension period can reach a maximum of 24 months. Should the buyer not wish to extend the agreement, or wish to extend the agreement for less than twelve months per agreement period, the buyer notifies this in writing, no later than three (3) months before the end of each agreement period. Unless otherwise stated, the agreement is automatically extended for 12 months at a time with unchanged terms. After the end of the last contract period, the agreement expires.
